MATERIALS/QUALITY
WINGS jewelry and accessories are made with the highest quality sterling silver, 14k gold, gold-filled and 18k gold-materials, as well as handmade leather components all combined with the most iridescent pearls and unique gemstones. Many of the designs include sterling pieces that are designed exclusively by WINGS incorporating the signature zebra-texture and WINGS logo/insignia. These unique sterling components are then combined with our unique hand-made leather bracelets and pendants, gemstones and other jewelry to create WNGS signature jewelry and accessory designs.
IDENTIFICATION
Each WINGS jewelry design is finished with a sterling silver WINGS identification tag to identify the authenticity and quality of each WINGS’ design.
- BRACELETS:
Most bracelets are designed on a sterling silver double toggle clasp and are made to measure between 7¼ inches and 7¾ inches. The “standard” bracelet size is 7½ inches. The double toggle is specially designed to allow flexibility for ensuring the perfect fit. Typically, a bracelet should not hang onto the palm of the hand and there should be no more than one index finger’s “comfort room” between the wrist and the bracelet when the bracelet is worn. In the event the bracelet is too big, the toggle bar will “dance” out of the toggle circle, so please make sure the proper fit is attained. - NECKLACES:
Most necklaces are either choker length, which is between 15-16 inches, or standard length, which is 18-19 inches. Necklaces can either be worn with the toggle in back or front depending on the “look” desired. In addition, some necklaces have a removable pendant bail to provide additional options for wear. Long link necklaces are also available and most serve a dual function of being able to be worn as a belt or necklace and wrapped once or twice for different necklace lengths.
- EARRINGS:
All WINGS earrings are designed with sterling silver lever-back ear-wires for a secure fit. Special requests for other earring options, such as clip earrings and post earrings, are available. Please contact the Studio for pricing on special order requests.
- GEMSTONE BELT BUCKLES/LEATHER STRAPS:
WINGS creates unique one-of-a-kind gemstone belt buckles and hand-made buttery-soft leather suede straps. The size of each buckle varies as pictured and the suede straps come in two sizes with sizing holes incorporated in the design of each strap to ensure that one of the straps will fit!
- PACKAGING:
The distinct look of each WINGS design is carried through to the packaging and presentation of each piece. Every design comes with a black organza pouch and a WINGS enclosure card setting forth the “vision” of WINGS Studio. We believe that the presentation is very important to further the uniqueness of each WINGS design; therefore, our packaging is provided at no additional cost.
